Auto-Renewal Terms
1. Products
- CatCoach Weekly: an auto-renewing subscription with a 1-week period that unlocks full plans, daily tasks, and reviews.
- CatCoach Lifetime: a one-time, non-consumable purchase that unlocks the same features with no renewal.
The price in your local currency is shown in the app before you confirm. There's currently no free trial; if we add one, its terms will be shown before you start it.
2. Renewal authorization
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. CatCoach Weekly renews automatically at the then-current price unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends.
3. Cancel or manage
On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose CatCoach. You can also visit apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Canceling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Deleting the app or erasing its data doesn't cancel a subscription.
4. Price changes
If the subscription price changes, Apple will notify you in advance and, where required, ask for your consent before charging the new price.
5. Refunds and restoring purchases
Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies; request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. To restore a purchase on a new or reset device, sign in with the same Apple Account and tap Restore Purchases in the app's Settings.
